description
Internal Design project completed at Mode Lab. Conceptualizing an advanced bicycle grip of the future - based upon the study of hand ergonomics utilizing hand pressure data to drive the procedural model of a futuristic bicycle grip. The performance texturing is adaptable to fit a user's custom hand pressure map. Embedded sensors within the grip use color changing light to communicate cycling routes, speed, road hazards, etc.
